Characteristics
The photovoltaic solar panel consists of mono- or polycrystalline silicon. The unit of measurement is watts per square metre. To obtain the best possible output, the solar panel must be positioned facing south at approx. 60° (variable angle depending on the geographical location of the sign).
The Domino Solar regulator is highly innovative. On the one hand, it is much more efficient than conventional models thanks to its state-of-the-art MPPT control system. On the other hand, it enables a luminous flux profile to be defined to suit all weather conditions, hence limiting electricity consumption. The regulator was specially developed for feeding the lithium batteries.
The Domino Solar battery uses a lithium-based technology ensuring a working life of 10 years (instead of the traditionally used lead-based technology, which has a working life of just two years).
