WIRING
After determining the number and/or power of the electricity supplies, no more than 100 LEDs should be wired on loops in parallel.
To connect these loops in parallel to the 24V supply cables (+ and -), use electrically insulated connectors to avoid any short-circuits (cf. connector accessories) or make a connection with solder and heat-shrinkable tubing.
ADVICE
In the case of a banner, the position of the modules is decisive for the lighting effect. Is it preferable to position the modules in a straight line or to follow the outline of a text of logo? You must decide what effect you want.
To avoid dark areas, it is sometimes better to position the module at an angle (20° or 30°) in relation to the back rather than flat.
In the case of large letters with a low edge, it is also possible to position Domino Twin perpendicular to the front of the display. This helps produce a dense, highly uniform light on the Plexiglas face, thus preventing any risk of dark areas. In this case, remember that Domino Twin are not waterproof (only tropicalised) so it will be essential to drill drain holes in the bottom of the edges and letters.
As with any sign, once it has been assembled we advise you to perform an aging test lasting at least 48 h to check that it has been properly assembled and connected and that the LEDs have not been subjected to stress during these operations.
