For which applications ?
The Domino 3DMax2 are specially used for the illumination of large hollow letters with three PMMA sides or aluminium edges with diffusing surface.
The luminous flux permits using a small number of modules while providing a luminous flux comparable to a neon or fluorescent tube with low energy consumption.
LEDs installation
Domino 3Dmax2 dimensions are available in vectorised format. The file can be downloaded from: www.dominosign.net
• Minimum and maximum spacing between LEDs:
- minimum axle base: 65 mm,
- maximum axle base: 100 mm
• For each configuration, it is advisable to perform tests to get the best lighting result.
• The Domino 3Dmax2 module is perfectly suited for lighting letters with 80 to 120 mm width.
• The power of the 24 V electricity supply is obtained by multiplying the consumption of one LED, 0.43 Watt, by the number of LEDs.
Warning: These modules are made for back-lighting, or for using behind the PMMA side polycarbonate or flexible cloth. This protects the LEDs components SMD from UV.
